Team Viewer shafted me last weekend. They have changed their rules and yall should be advised. The new rule is that you are able to log into 3 computers at your home on your network for free.
If you log into someone else’s computer to help them with something or some such it will be detected by their server and your account will be shut down.
I helped a friend last month to process a photo and they flagged my account and shut it down. After I spent an hour arguing with them that I was not using it commercially they told me that I could appeal it and it would take up to 3 weeks before a decision would be made as to whether or not I get to use it again.
They then told me that the only way I could turn my logon back on would be to purchase a license which costs $585.00 dollars per year and that you have to pay for the whole year up front. They do not do monthly payments.
So basically I was told that I have to pay this money in order to use the software that everyone else gets for free.
