    Electronic Instrument Transformer Test Set DCM-330 is designed for verifying electronic instrument transformer’s ratio error and angle error, while it also can verify the ratio error and angle error of traditional class 0.2 and below instrument transformer.

    Main Features
    Full functions
    DCM-330 can complete every accuracy verification item, including ratio error verification, angle error verification, polarity verification, frequency measurement, composite error verification, harmonic test, message discreteness test and all channels data test. Both pulse time synchronization and IRIG-B time synchronization are available. Also the traditional instrument transformer’s ratio error and angle error can be verified. After the test, the data can be stored off-line, then tested and analyzed off-line. On site the off-line test and analysis can be executed after the data are saved.
    DCM-330 can read SCD module file, analyze each channel’s data attribute of the present MU automatically. It is easy for users to choose the data of the tested instrument transformer.
    Multi-interfaces and complete protocols
    DCM-330 can verify electronic instrument transformer from home and abroad, including instrument transformer’s low level analog signal, IEC61850-9-1, IEC61850-9-2, IEC61850-9-2LE, IEC60044-8 FT3 and SGCC FT3LE. It also can verify traditional instrument transformer. IEC61850-9-1, 9-2, 9-2 LE are input from one same fiber channel(data frame format self-adaptive). IEC60044-8 FT3 and SGCC FT3LE are input from one same fiber channel(data frame format self-adaptive).
    High precision
    The high-precision signal acquisition card is used for standard channel of tester, which has impeccable anti-interference measures and high-precision algorithm. The system accuracy is 0.01%, and two-channel analog signal synchronization error when sampling is within 0.5μS.
    Portable all-in-one tester
    The external standard channel’s current/voltage signal from standard instrument transformer can access the tester directly. The tested channel’s analog/digital signal from the tested instrument transformer or MU can be input into the tester directly. Wiring is simple and reliable. The tester comes with its own IPC corresponding algorithm, test results are saved automatically or manually in Excel format. The tester is small and lightweight, and comes with USB and Ethernet network communication port, which is easy for users to save the test results to USB flash disk or computer.
    Massive scalability
    The tester’s hardware system has massive applicability and universality. The software can be updated conveniently according to the standard’s new development and user’s demand.
